Subscriptions

Depending on the plan you select, fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually (the “Billing Cycle”).
Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each Billing Cycle unless:

- We suspend or terminate your account

To activate a Subscription, you must provide accurate and up-to-date billing information, including:
- Full name
- Email address
- Billing address
- Valid payment method (such as credit card or PayPal)
By submitting this information, you authorize Thentify to automatically charge the applicable Subscription fees for each Billing Cycle.
If a recurring payment cannot be successfully processed, we may:
- Issue an invoice for manual payment, and/or
- Temporarily suspend access to Subscription features until payment is completed
Free Trial
From time to time, Thentify may offer free trial access to selected Subscription plans.
If you provide billing details when signing up for a free trial:
- You will not be charged until the trial period ends
- The trial duration will be clearly displayed at the time of registration
Unless you cancel your Subscription before the trial expires, your plan will automatically convert into a paid Subscription, and the applicable fee will be charged to your selected payment method.
You are responsible for canceling the trial before it ends if you do not wish to continue with a paid plan.
Fee Adjustments
Thentify reserves the right to modify Subscription pricing at any time.
- Updated pricing will take effect at the start of your next Billing Cycle
- Continued use of the Service after a pricing change constitutes acceptance of the revised fees
User Accounts
To access certain features of Thentify, you may be required to create an account.
By registering an account, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- All information provided is accurate, complete, and current
Providing false, incomplete, or outdated information may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
You are solely responsible for:
